    Follow these steps:

    1. Log in to the Belkin router’s web interface, as said in the previous step.
    2. Now, click the Use as Access Point option under the Wireless section.
    3. In the right window, click the Enable option and then enter a static IP address for the Belkin router within the address range of the main router. Make sure the static IP you enter is not used by any other device on the network.
    4. Enter the Subnetmask as in the main router.
    5. Click the Apply Change button.
    6. Enabling the Access Point option would itself disable the router functionalities of the Belkin router.
    7. Now, connect your Belkin router to the main router using an Ethernet cable. Make sure to connect the LAN port of both the routers and not the Internet port. Now you successfully configure Belkin router as repeater.
