Is it a wise decision to spend more on a dedicated server?

It depends on your needs. If you are a small business with basic needs, even a shared server will do but if your mid or large size business then you should upgrade to a dedicated server. Small businesses that are growing at a fast pace and have millions of website visits must consider investing in an inexpensive dedicated server.
