By standing on top of the board you can practice your balance. The board really helps to train your core and the static strength of your abs. The board can also be used to recover from ankle or knee injuries.
There is some shared rodent behavioral testing equipment in the MBI that can be used by UF investigators. In addition, many MBI investigators have rodent behavioral testing equipment in their laboratories, which they may be willing to share on a case-by-case basis.
