Gingerm Industrial Co., Limited was found in August of 2016, who locates in Songgang Town, Bao鈥檃n District, Shenzhen City and occupies in area more than 1,000 square meters. We are close to the Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport, Shenzhen Airport Ferry Terminal and Shekou Ferry Terminal. Before that, we were a professional supplier of designing and manufacturing precision stamping dies for Electronic field, and then turned to engage in an ODM / OEM supplier with providing both the precision stamping dies and stamping parts. The tools and dies that Gingerm supplies includes but are not limited to progressive die, transfer die, compound die and stage dies(blanking, piercing, drawing, forming, trimming, etc.); The fields that Gingerm serves included and are not limited to electronic appliances, mobile phone appliances, new energy appliances, circuit board shields, Spring contacts, metal brackets and drawn parts.
Gingerm owns and carries out the quality system of ISO9001: 2015, and performs the 6S management in worship continuously. Till January of 2021, Gingerm has 6 high precision presses(imported from Japan and Taiwan), current employees more than 30 persons and professional technicists more than 10 persons, among there are 2 senior engineers who have more than 10 years experience in design, research & development; 6 intermediate engineers who have rich experience in building dies, and 6 engineers and technicians who have professional skill to fix dies.
Gingerm team owns years鈥?nbsp;actual accumulated production experience in the fields of precision dies and stamping production, overcomes difficulties and is good at conquering the technologies of high precision and highly difficult and complicated stamping parts. We can achieve 0.04-3.00MM thickness material for progressive stamping and the tolerance of material blanking up to 卤0.01MM. We actively involves in the pre-phase design of precise metal stamping parts of customer鈥檚 products to make sure to shorten the development cycle of their new products and optimize the cost of massive production. Especially, Gingerm is able to provide a package solutions in design, dies building, stamping production, after treatment and product assembly/packaging with owning the die room and the team in house to make precision stamping dies. And we can achieve the technologies of automatic in-die tapping and automatic in-die riveting to save lots of time and cost for customers.
The materials that Gingerm uses for stamping include but not limit beryllium copper(heat treatment needed), titanium copper, stainless steel, spring steel and so on; the surface treatments that Gingerm provides for parts include but not limit gold plating, silver plating, nickel plating, oil ultrasonic cleaning and so on; the packaging services include strip rolling packaging, tape and reel packaging, blister box packaging, etc.
