Tell me the proper use of HP support solutions framework

I am using HP printer for printing purposes from a long period. My printing machine is fully loaded with amazing printing and scanning features. From the preceding months, I am hardly experiencing printing problems with my HP printer. Really, I am a fresh user of HP printer, and so, I don’t have full technical knowledge to troubleshoot this technical error. To correct the printing errors, I want to use HP support solutions framework for removing the printing troubles. I have no ideas about this tool. So anyone can guide me on how to use HP support solutions framework.
