Surprised that the Teva is more covetable than a bodysuit worn by Beyonce or Gigi Hadid's favorite tee? It's remarkable that without much fanfare, advertising, or influencer marketing, Tevas have risen to become the shoes of the summer, but if we learned anything from summer 2018's omnipresent flip-flop or summer 2017's love affair with the Birkenstock, no-nonsense shoes make a big impact. The Originals collection is on fire right now! We're seeing significant increases in sales in this collection and had some retailers selling out of their inventory before the summer even hit. The iconic styling resonates with the casual outdoor girl while our new platforms and heights allow Nike Kobe AD for the urban fashion-driven consumer to be represented as well, says Mark Magruder, a senior product line manager of Teva.

On Jan. 18, Rothy's launched its Mary Jane, a design that builds on the classic style and a burgeoning footwear trend among celebs. The silhouette's base is made of the brand's existing pointed flat, but the new style sees two ribbons added to either side of the shoe.

Updating the highly comfortable boot in high-sheen color-ways, the Luster Pack features silhouettes in silver, black, and white, which have been constructed from durable patent leather with Clarks' signature crepe sole. The heel is embossed with the Tibi name along with a decorative metal ring on the heel tab, with striped nylon laces, giving the Air Force 1 boots an edgy, feminine update. The shoe is perfect for Tibi's customer; a woman who's constantly on the go but still wants to look chic.

The NAACP Nike LeBron Shoes Image Awards is not the first time the singer has worn one of Katrantzou's designs. In Dec. of 2019, Lizzo posed in Katrantzou's "imagination cape" for TIME after being named the magazine's "Entertainer of the Year." In addition to being an optical illusion, the garment featured symbols of "alchemy, biology, theology, and philosophy," as per Insider.

No one has done more for the red carpet sneaker than Kristen Stewart. The actress-who famously broke the Cannes Film Festival's no flats rule last year-likes to pair runway looks with sporty trainers and always errs on the side of comfort. Though Stewart may don stilettos when the mood strikes her, it isn't unusual to see her kick them off the moment a photo op is over.

In fact, a winter bride might have even more shoe options than a summer bride-classic pumps not only come in satins and silks, but also suedes and crisp patent leathers too. Embellished mules might come with velvet and ostrich feathers, while even a pair of bridal boots can work for the occasion. Rhinestone and crystals give a nice nod to the festive season, without crossing the line into tacky.
