Injection molding of children's toys and games
When making toys and games for children, Children's Toy mold is often used. Create a mold in the shape of the item to be produced, and then use it for forming. For children's products, a safe plastic form is usually used. The plastic is placed in the mold and will harden and form the shape of the mold. Two types of plastics are commonly used in this process, they are thermoplastics and thermosets.
The term "plastic" in the name of a thermoplastic basically means that the plastic can be put into a mold, shaped, melted, and redone again (if chosen). The thermoset has the word "set" in its name, which lets you know that it will be permanently set to the shape. Like thermoplastics, thermosetting plastics can also be placed in a mold and molded, but once this shape is adopted, it can never be changed. The same principle applies to Pitcher Mould.
When putting plastic into Children Toy mold, it is most likely to use a release agent. This ensures that the plastic does not stick to the mold, and it is difficult or impossible to remove it. It can harden the plastic and form its shape, but it can be demolded from Children Toy mold immediately without damaging both.
When making toys and games for children, plastic is usually injected into Children's Toys mold. This process is called injection molding. The machine heats any of the two plastics in use and mixes them together. It has the glowing appearance of lava and is in a state where it can be injected into a mold. Once in the mold, the plastic will solidify and then, with the help of a mold release agent, will be demolded in the exact shape of Children Toy mold. If the injection method is not used, depending on the product to be produced, thermoforming, lamination, hydroforming, blow molding, extrusion, transfer molding, compression, and rotational molding can all be used.
