An air manometer is a visual instrument that allows the spray booth operator to visually confirm when the spray booth filter needs to be replaced. In many areas, this is a requirement and may result in an immediate fine. The Air manometer itself is very affordable and can save you from legal penalties. In order for it to benefit, it must be installed correctly, which is what we will cover in this article.
Air manometer placement and installation
The Air manometer needs to be placed on the side of the spray booth, between the exhaust chamber and the spray area of the spray booth. The reason is that they will be two hoses that fell off the top of the pressure gauge, one inserted into the "high" side and the other inserted into the "low" side. The high-pressure side hose will be inserted into the partition fitting, which must enter the spray booth in front of the spray booth filter. The low-side hose will be inserted into the partition fitting, which must be inserted into the compartment behind the filter group into the exhaust chamber. Bulkhead accessories are usually included in your pressure gauge package. In addition to the partition accessories, there is also a spirit level on the Air manometer. Make sure to install a pressure gauge level in the spray booth, otherwise, your pressure gauge readings may be inaccurate.
The shock-proof pressure gauge is also our product, welcome to consult and purchase.
