    I am unable to uninstall or Install or Renew Norton on my device
     
    Norton Installation or Uninstallation issue For Windows Operating System Users
    Case: Error: "Another version of a Norton product has been detected on this computer..."
    This is what you should do-
    STEP 1- To uninstall the Norton Anti-Virus
    • First, you need to tap the Windows + R keys to open the Run dialog box.
    • Enter your text in the following space, and you should click Enter.
    • You will see the currently installed software in the provided list, choose the Norton anti-virus product, and then tap on Uninstall or you can choose Remove.
    • Now, go with the on-screen method.
    • Once the uninstallation process finishes, you need to reboot the compute
