For the plastic paint bucket mold, we will optimize the design according to the product design, weight, and other requirements, as well as the mold structure, steel, cooling time, etc., so as to maximize the value of the mold in the actual injection molding process. The final sample must pass the necessary inspection requirements, such as sealing water, drop, overlap, and air tightness tests.

Regarding the seal check, we drop some ink into a paint bucket filled with water, seal it with a lid, put a piece of white paper underneath, and then put the paint bucket upside down on the white paper for 24 hours. After 24 hours, check the paper for ink stains. Accordingly, check the water tightness of the bucket.

Regarding drop inspection, buckets of different sizes have different test standards. Freefall at a certain angle and height to see if the paint bucket is damaged after falling. Accordingly, check the whereabouts of the paint bucket.

Regarding the load-bearing inspection, the paint buckets filled with water are stacked one after another. Usually, 10 buckets are stacked on a paint bucket and left for three days to see if the last bucket and lid are deformed. Accordingly, check the load-bearing capacity of the paint bucket.
