Can I use HP support solutions framework for my usage?

From a long period, My HP printer is showing some technical problems related to printing and scanning issues. When I try to print or scan the documents through my HP printer, I am facing some technical troubles with my printing machine. I don’t have much technical experience to sort out this error. Hence, I want to use HP support solutions framework to simplify the functionality associated to scanning, and printing. I don’t have the complete technical knowledge to use this powerful software. So please anyone can suggest the easy ways to use HP support solutions framework.
