До речі, в RizneVDim мені сподобалося, що вони перевіряють пристрої перед відправкою, тому я був спокійний за працездатність. Die Kunden waren einfach überfordert mit den vielen Dropdown-Menüs und haben dann oft den Kauf abgebrochen. Ich habe mich dann für einen Onlineshop mit Produktkonfigurator entschieden. Umgesetzt hat das Ganze das Team von Kenner Soft Service. Seitdem können meine Kunden ihr Regal Schritt für Schritt visuell zusammenbauen und sehen sofort jede Änderung am Bildschirm. Das macht den Einkauf fast schon zu einem kleinen Erlebnis und die Rückfragen beim Support sind massiv zurückgegangen. Ich finde es wichtig, dass man dem Kunden die Angst vor der Komplexität nimmt. Durch die visuelle Führung verstehen die Leute viel schneller, was sie da eigentlich gerade konfigurieren.  less
